Usage

toPathArray(path)

Arguments

path

A string representation of a path, with path entries separated by '|'

Value

An array containing one element for each path entry.

Examples

toPathArray("Organism|Organ|Liver")
#> [1] "Organism" "Organ"    "Liver"
